Industrial clerk (m/f) with ZQ International Business Management

The commercial and business-management related duties of industrial clerks range from order acceptance to sale of the relevant products. You will be in charge of planning, implementation and control of all kinds of commercial business sectors. Apprentices gain experience of all relevant departments during their training period. Functional areas include materials management, sales, procurement, human resources and accounts.

Length of course: 3 years (short apprenticeship period possible)

with ZQ: four-week stay abroad during 2nd year of apprenticeship

Prerequisites: Realschule leaving qualification or A-level /with ZQ: Fachhochschule qualification or A-level

Vocational academy: Fritz-Erler-Schule, Tuttlingen

Requirements :

  • Good working knowledge of English desirable
  • Ability to work with a team, own initiative, flexibility and good grasp of subjects

Career development prospects

If professionally and personally suited, then further training to be e.g. an
Industrial clerk (m/f) or commercial clerk (m/f) is feasible.

Information clerk (m/f)

Information clerks introduce data processing systems after analysis of a company's requirements, and go on to maintain and update those systems. They are also responsible for procurement and upkeep of the hardware.

Length of course: 3 years

Start: September 1st

Prerequisites: Realschule leaving qualification or A-level

Vocational academy: KHS Donaueschingen

Bachelor degree (BSc - Bachelor of Science) specializing in business information technology is feasible.
