Endo Industrial takes over the technical endoscopy division of Henke-Sass Wolf GmbH

A new partner with the same tried and tested quality, service and reliability: On January 1, 2023, the ENDO INDUSTRIAL GmbH & Co. KG took over the technical endoscopy division of Henke-Sass, Wolf. Both companies are very satisfied with the takeover.

ENDO INDUSTRIAL has made a name for itself in the industry in recent years with technical know-how, customer-oriented service and a large selection of technical endoscopes including accessories. The company specializes in industrial endoscopy and offers the entire range of services from production to sales and service. The takeover of the technical endoscopy division from HSW is now the next step at exactly the right time. “We are well prepared for the new challenge and look forward to many exciting projects. Our main goal for the coming months is to further expand our team,” says Frank Braun, Managing Director of ENDO INDUSTRIAL. Braun and Strobel founded GmbH & Co. KG in 2017, and the endoscope manufacturer moved into the company building in Spaichingen a year and a half ago. From the beginning of three employees, the team has now grown to over 15 people.

The contact person for the HSW customers have already changed. Quality and service remain high as usual. Inquiries for products and repairs received by HSW during the transition period will be forwarded to ENDO INDUSTRIAL. Henke-Sass, Wolf is also very satisfied with the takeover. "We got to know the ENDO INDUSTRIAL team as innovative and technically up to date," explains HSW Managing Director Silke Hartmann. "With ENDO INDUSTRIAL, our customers continue to have a reliable partner at their side who will provide you with the right product for your applications."
